Gerrards Cross Methodist Church
Women’s Evening Fellowship
Aims
To encourage women of the Church and the local community to meet together for relaxation, conversation and refreshments and to provide an opportunity to make new friends.
To provide members with an opportunity to widen horizons in many fields of interest, in an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere, by listening to, and questioning speakers on a variety of subjects.
Membership
There is always a warm welcome for any ladies in the local community who wish to join the Fellowship at any time during the programme year.
Meetings
Meetings are held from September to June, usually on the third Wednesday of the month at 8.00 p.m. in the Fellowship Room.
September 2011 Meeting Report
We began our new Autumn session on 21st September with a ‘Taste-in’ organised by our own members. We enjoyed the variety of ‘tasters’ and although quite a few of our members were still on holiday, it was pleasant to catch up with chatter after the summer break.
